New Jersey Small Business Development Centers provide consulting services to small business owners in each county. They also conduct workshops, e-learning and other training programs for those just starting a business venture. The NJSBDC also offers publications about business planning, financing, legislative concerns and marketing.

The Entrepreneurial Training Institute and Mentoring Services is another resource that is available for new business owners learn how to make their business a success.
